User Data Deletion Instructions

According to Facebook Platform Rules and international data privacy regulations (GDPR / CCPA), users have the right to request deletion of their personal data collected through the VegHot application.

📱 Option 1: Delete Your Account & Data from the App

1 In-App Immediate Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated personal data instantly at any time:

  1. Open the VegHot App (or log in via Web App).
  2. Tap your Profile icon at the bottom navigation bar.
  3. Tap the Settings icon (⚙️) in the top corner.
  4. Scroll down to the bottom and select Delete Account.
  5. Confirm your decision. Once confirmed, your profile, photos, matches, chat messages, and authorization tokens will be permanently erased.

🌐 Option 2: Remove VegHot from Your Facebook Account

2 Remove Facebook App Permissions

If you used Facebook to log into VegHot, you can remove VegHot's permissions directly via Facebook:

  1. Log into your Facebook account and go to Settings & Privacy > Settings.
  2. On the left sidebar, click Apps and Websites.
  3. Find VegHot in the list of connected apps.
  4. Click the Remove button next to VegHot.
  5. (Optional) Check the box to request Facebook to delete past activity and data associated with VegHot.

📬 Option 3: Submit a Manual Data Deletion Request

If you no longer have access to the app or your Facebook account, you can submit a deletion request directly to our privacy team via our Contact Support form. Our team will verify your identity and process the complete erasure of your records within 48 hours.
